TITLE: " Bayesian mixture models, prior formulations and MCMC algorithms "
ABSTRACT: In this talk I will present the use of Bayesian mixture models in practical settings. I will also discuss some popular prior alternatives for mixture distributions and Markov Chain Monte Carlo algorithms for posterior inference and model selection. This talk is motivated with real examples.
