Jane-Ling Wang wins 2018 ICSA Distinguished Achievement Award

8/1/18: We are very pleased to announce that Distinguished Professor Jane-Ling Wang has won the International Chinese Statistical Association (ICSA) Distinguished Achievement Award for 2018.

Distinguished Professor Jane-Ling WangThis award was presented to Professor Wang for significant contributions to statistical theory and methods in survival analysis, functional data analysis, joint modeling of longitudinal and survival data, nonparametric maximum likelihood, smoothing and dimension reduction; for in-depth interdisciplinary work in aging research, demography, medicine and neuroscience; and for long-term, tireless, unwavering support and outstanding leadership for the ICSA and the statistical community.​
